Pakistan’s Independence Day – Celebrate it with the true colours of Patriotism
The 71st Independence Day of Pakistan comes around and the people across the country gather to the stalls of national flags, badges, stickers, t-shirts and so on. These are available in different sizes and shapes to show the patriotism and true feeling of people towards the country.
Our patriotism doesn’t end with nation’s flags, shirts, balloons, dresses and badges, instead it is a commitment and loyalty. A lot of people use national flag colours bedsheets. While you survey the market and stalls roadside, you will find many colourful and quirky badges, flags, cards and much more.
Throughout the country, many people buy patriotic merchandise from vendors to set up their stall or shop. People of all age groups love to buy these items to show off their true love and patriotism for their beloved country. With the high demand of Pakistan’s Independence Day products, vendors started selling their products prior to the start of August.
Last year, the Independence Day began in the federal capital with a 31-gun salute, whereas in each provincial capital, the day began with a 21-gun salute. This year, flag hoisting ceremonies will be held in Islamabad, the provincial capitals as well as in the district headquarters. There will be the change of guard ceremonies at the Mazar-i-Quaid and Mazar-i-Iqbal.
